  6. This copy of Cribbage Pro (CP) is being offered and distributed
  7. as a Shareware product.  Shareware is an innovative marketing
  8. idea that allows you to try computer software before you buy.
  9. This gives you the opportunity to evaluate software and decide
  10. for yourself if it's worthy of purchasing a license for continued
  11. use.

  13. This copy is licensed only for evaluation purposes.  You may try
  14. CP for a 30-day trial period to determine its merit.  If after
  15. this period you decide to keep CP, then payment of a registration
  16. fee is required for continued use.  Payment of this fee provides
  17. the registrant the following:

  19.    o  License for unrestricted use on a single computer
  20.  
  21.    o  Latest version of Cribbage Pro on Disk (licensed copy)

  23.    o  6 months free technical support
  24.  
  25.    o  Lifetime nominal upgrade disk fee - any future upgrade
  26.       of CP obtained from CW Software is only $6.00

  41.    a)  If you are viewing this text from Windows NotePad:  
  42.        1)  Click File/Open from the upper menu bar
  43.        2)  Select and view the file - REG-FORM.TXT
  44.        3)  Click File/Print from the upper menu bar

  46.    b)  If you are viewing this text from DOS:
  47.        1)  Log onto the directory location containing the file
  48.            REG-FORM.TXT (should be in the same directory as this
  49.            file)
  50.        2)  Be sure your printer is on.  Now type the following
  51.            command at your DOS prompt and press <Enter>:

  53.            COPY REG-FORM.TXT PRN
  54.  
  55.    c)  You may also use your favorite text file editor to view
  56.        and print REG-FORM.TXT.
